中国十大城市群城市韧性与环境压力脱钩关系研究 被引量:29

A Study on Decoupling Relationship Between Urban Toughness and Environmental Pressure in China's Top Ten City Agglomerations

摘要 文章以中国十大城市群上百个城市的样本数据为基础,构建城市韧性和环境压力的指标体系,运用主成分分析方法对考察期内十大城市群及所含城市的城市韧性和环境压力综合得分进行了定量测算分析,并创新性引入脱钩指数模型对两者间的关系进行评估。结果表明:脱钩状态可以较好地反映十大城市群及所含城市的城市韧性与环境压力间的关系;理想脱钩状态与不理想脱钩状态的城市群数量一致,前者空间上集中在沿海沿江及历史底蕴深厚的地区,后者主要分布在湾区、海峡地区和西部山区;处于理想脱钩状态的城市占主流,其中主要以中小城市为主,大量高层级城市仍处于不理想脱钩状态。 This paper firstly constructs an index system of urban toughness and environmental pressure based on the sample data of over 100 hundred cities in China’s top ten urban clusters.And then the paper uses the principal component analysis method to quantitatively calculate and analyze the comprehensive scores of urban toughness and environmental pressure of ten major urban agglomerations and their cities during the study period.Finally the paper innovatively brings in the decoupling index model to evaluate the relationship between them.The results show that the decoupling state can better reflect the relationship between urban toughness and environmental pressure in the top ten urban clusters and the cities included in them;the number of the city clusters in ideal decoupling state is the same as that in non-ideal decoupling state,with the former spatially concentrated in coastal areas along the Yangtze River and areas with profound historical deposits,and the latter mainly distributed in bay area,Strait area and western mountainous area;cities in the ideal decoupling state are in the mainstream with small and medium-sized cities as the main-body,and a large number of high-level cities are still in the state of imperfect decoupling.
