Test on Influence of Labor Transfer and Capital Transfer on Regional Differences Under New Normal

文章构建了引入资本转移的一般均衡模型,分析新常态下劳动力和资本转移对区域差异的影响。理论模型和实证检验结果表明,劳动力和资本转移都能缩小两地的收入差距;转移成本的减小会促进劳动力转移,而劳动力相对效率的提高,会促进劳动力和资本的转移;进一步的研究表明,城乡差距缩小的直接原因是农村居民可支配收入的提高。

This paper constructs a general equilibrium model with capital transfer,and analyses the impact of labor transfer and capital transfer on regional differences under the new normal.Theoretical model and empirical test results show that both labor and capital transfer can narrow the income gaps;the reduction of transfer costs will promote the labor transfer,while the improvement of relative efficiency of labor will promote the transfer of labor and capital.Further research also shows that the direct cause of narrowing the gap between urban and rural area is the increase in the disposable income of rural residents.
