政府扶持政策对农村减贫效果的影响

Influence of Government Support Policies on Rural Poverty Alleviation Effect in China

文章以湖南省258户农户的调查数据为基础,构建以农户自身能力、普惠金融机构发展为中介变量的结构方程模型,实证研究了政府扶持政策对我国农村减贫效果的影响。结果表明,政府扶持政策对农村减贫效果的直接影响不显著,但通过农户自身能力、普惠金融机构发展两条中介路径的间接影响显著。通过比较两条中介路径系数发现,以普惠金融机构发展为中介的路径可以更有效提升农村减贫效果。

Based on the survey data of 258 households in Hunan Province,this paper constructs the structural equation model with farmer’s own ability and the development of financial inclusion institutions as the intermediary variable,and empirically studies the impact of government support policies on rural poverty alleviation effect in China.The results show that the direct impact of government support policies on rural poverty reduction is not significant,but the indirect impact of two mediating paths is significant through farmer’s own ability and the development of inclusive financial institutions.Comparison of the coefficient of two intermediary paths finds that the development of inclusive financial institutions as the intermediary path can improve the rural poverty alleviation more effectively.
