幼儿园新教师的管理策略初探 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,在幼儿园教师队伍中,新教师所占的比例越来越高,如何让新教师尽快成长,关系到幼儿园教师队伍的可持续发展。文章从新教师职业发展阶段的特征与需求出发,探讨科学有效地开展新教师管理工作的策略,以引导新教师尽快融入幼儿园集体,挖掘其自身潜能,形成自主发展意识,进而促进幼儿园教师队伍质量的提高。
