教育家型校长培养模式的改进策略——基于河北省教育家型校长培养工程的实践

摘要 教育家型校长是拥有高尚人格、巨大贡献和持久影响的履行学校领导与管理工作职责的专业人员,科学的培养和合理的培训是教育家型校长成长过程的助推器。基于河北省教育家型校长培养工程的实践,对教育家型校长培养的相关问题进行探讨,认为当前培养中存在忽视对教育家人格与精神的培育、欠缺对教育家实践技能的有效提升、缺乏对凝结教育家思想有益的理论体系构建、培训模式有待创新等问题,应从加强对教育家人格与精神的培育、重视教育家实践技能的养成、加强对思想凝练方法的培养、创新培训模式、丰富培训内容等方面入手,对培养模式进行改进。 The educator-type principal is a professional who has high moral personality,great contribution and lasting influence to perform school leadership and management duties.Scientific training and reasonable training are the boosters for the growth process of educatortype principals.Based on the practice of the education of the educator-type principals in Hebei Province,this paper discusses the issues related to the training of educator-type principals.It is believed that there is neglect of the cultivation of the family and spirit of education in the current training,and the lack of effective training of educators’practical skills is lacking.The construction of the theoretical system beneficial to the idea of condensing educators,the training model needs to be innovated,and so on,should strengthen the cultivation of the family and spirit of education,attach importance to the cultivation of practical skills of educators,strengthen the cultivation of ideological concise methods,and innovate training models.We will start with the training content and improve the training mode.
