家长为婴幼儿选择早教机构的微观影响机制研究——基于清晰集的定性比较分析

How Parents Choose Early Education Institutions for Infants and Young Children

该研究以家长为婴幼儿选择早教机构的经验交流分享贴为对象,运用定性比较分析法(QCA)分析了家长为婴幼儿选择早教机构的微观影响机制。通过梳理分析提炼了六项微观影响因素,包括物理环境、心理环境、课程内容、教学方法、活动组织、师幼互动。进而通过fs/QCA软件分析,发现"良好的物理环境""丰富的课程内容"为家长选择早教机构的两个必要条件,家长为婴幼儿选择早教机构有三种典型解释路径,即两个必要条件加上积极的师幼互动、有序的活动组织,或者加上有序的活动组织、愉悦的心理环境,或者加上积极的师幼互动、有效的教学方法。家长的选择行为具有一定的合理性,但朴素的选择行为背后也存在着偏颇。

This study is based on the experience exchange and sharing of parents on the Internet for infants and young children to choose early education institutions.Adopting the method of crisp-set qualitative comparative analysis,it analyzes the micro-mechanism of the parents choose early education institutions for infants and young children.This study extracts six microcosmic factors,including physical environment,psychological environment,curriculum content,teaching method,activity organization,teacher and child interaction.Through the analysis of fs/QAC software,it is found that'good physical environment'and'rich curriculum content'are the two necessary conditions for parents to choose early education institutions.This study also finds three micro-paths that can explain this phenomenon:two necessary conditions are combined with active teacher and child interaction and orderly activity organization;or with an orderly,activity organization,apleasant psychological environment;or with active teacher and child interaction and effective teaching methods.The choice behavior of parents is reasonable and scientific,but there is a certain bias behind the simple choice behavior.
