摘要 针对缺乏涡扇发动机气路部件性能衰退与加力性能关联研究的问题,利用发动机模型在加力和不开加力两种情况下的求解及曲面拟合技术,获得气路部件的流量和效率参数耦合变化对应的转速差值曲面,并与转速差值限制条件比较,确定气路部件满足转速差值限制条件的性能包线。研究结果表明:压气机对转速差值性能的影响大于涡轮,低压压气机(风扇)是影响最大的部件。每个部件效率衰退的影响大于其流量衰退的影响。研究结果明确了对加力性能影响较大需要重点监控的气路部件,为保障发动机加力性能和加力系统稳定工作提供了理论依据。 Studies on the relationship between turbine fan engine gas path components performance deterioration and the rotational speeds difference(difference between low pressure rotor speeds when afterburner is turned on and off) are necessary but urgently needed. In order to obtain a clear picture on this relationship,the engine model and surface fitting technique were used and the rotational speed difference surfaces interrelating gas path component air flow rate and efficiency parameters were obtained. They were then compared with rotational speed difference threshold and gas path components performance parameter envelops which satisfied the difference threshold requirement were obtained. The study demonstrates that the compressor has more negative effects on rotationed speed difference than turbine and low-pressure compressor affects the most among all the gas path components. For each component,efficiency parameter has more impact than flow rate parameter. The results indicate compressor components deterioration have negative effects on afterburner system performance and need more monitoring. The study also provides theoretical foundation for maintaining good performance and reliable work of the engine afterburner system.
