摘要
为了得到航空发动机高压转子前轴承刚度随发动机工作状态的变化规律,建立了该轴承的刚度分析模型,引入了轴承内、外环配合参数、离心效应、热效应以及联合载荷对轴承刚度特性的影响,数值分析了该轴承的刚度随轴承内、外环配合参数、转速、轴承工作温度及外载荷的变化规律。结果表明,轴承的径向刚度、轴向刚度和角刚度,随轴承内、外环过盈配合量增大而增大,随转速、工作温度和弯矩的增大而减小;径向力增大,轴承的径向刚度增大,轴向刚度和角刚度减小;轴向力增大,轴承的径向刚度减小,轴向刚度和角刚度增大;轴向载荷对该轴承的刚度影响最大。
In order to get the variation law of aero-engine high pressure rotor front bearing’s stiffness which is changed with the aero-engine working states,a stiffness analysis model for the bearing was established. The effects of outer and inner ring assembling parameters,centrifugal effect,thermal effect and combined loads on bearing stiffness characteristics were considered. The variation law of the bearing stiffness , which is changed with the outer and inner ring assembling parameters, the rotating speed, the bearing working temperature and the external applied load, was analyzed by numerical analysis. The results show that, the bearing radial stiff-ness, axial stiffness and angular stiffness increase with outer and inner ring magnitude of interference increas-ing, and decrease with rotating speed, working temperature and moment load increasing. The bearing radial stiffness increases,and the bearing axial stiffness and angular stiffness decrease with radial load increasing. The bearing radial stiffness decreases,and the bearing axial stiffness and angular stiffness increase with axial load in-creasing,and the axial load has the greatest influence on the bearing stiffness.
