摘要
对快速消解分光光度法测定水样中的化学需氧量(COD)进行了方法验证,主要涉及方法检出限、精密度和准确度。将该法与经典的重铬酸盐法进行比较,表明快速消解分光光度法测定COD的结果准确可靠、操作简单、测定迅速、实验过程试剂用量小,减少了使用汞盐、铬盐带来的二次污染。
In this paper,a method validation was carried out for the fast digestion spectrophotometric method of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)in water samples in terms of its detection limit,precision and accuracy. Compared with a typical dichromate method,the COD determination by fast digestion spectrophotometric method is simple,rapid and accurate. Besides,less reagents were used in this method,avoiding secondary pollutions of mercuric salt and chromium salt.
