中国大学治理研究现状与趋向展望——基于共词分析法

The Current Research and Tendency Prospect of China University Governance:Based on a Co-word Analysis Method

以CNKI刊载的大学治理研究文献为样本,运用共词分析法,利用UCINET6.2、SATI3.2等计量工具对关键词进行共现网络分析。通过中心性分析、多维尺度分析和凝聚子群分析,指出现代大学制度、大学治理结构以及大学章程是目前研究的热点,并且发现财政拨款对大学治理的影响在现有研究体系中被弱化,去行政化改革将可能成为大学治理研究的新热点,而现有研究呈现模式化特征。基于结论,从整合已有的研究领域、加强弱关联领域研究和利用资源配置倒逼大学提高治理绩效三个方向对大学治理研究趋势进行了展望。

This research takes the university governance research papers from CNKI as the sample,utilizes co-word analysis method,and uses the metering outfits of UCINET6.0and SATI3.2to the relevant keywords by the co-occurrence network analysis method.Through the centrality analysis,multidimensional scaling analysis and subgroup analysis,the research points out three conclusions:the current hotspots are modern university system,university governance structure and university statutes;the influence to the university governance of financial allocation has been weakened;the revolution of de-administration will be the next research hotspot.Based on the former conclusions,this article prospects the tendency of university governance in three different angles:integrating the informed research;enhancing the research on the weak connected domains;utilizing the resource allocation to force the university improving the governance performance.
