陕西省科技人才创新能力与经济发展的协调关系研究

The Research on Coordination between the Capability of Shaanxi Province Technological Innovative Talent and Economic Development

基于2006—2013年陕西省高新技术产业发展的统计数据,运用协调发展度模型分析科技人才创新能力与经济发展的协调关系。根据以往研究构建评价指标体系,通过综合指数法对各项指标进行赋权,由协调发展度模型探究陕西省协调关系的发展趋势。研究结果表明:陕西省的协调发展度呈现波动上升的趋势,科技人才创新能力的增长与经济的不断发展虽促进了陕西省协调发展度的提高,但仍处于中度协调的水平,还有很大的发展空间。

Based on 2006-2013 statistical data of high‐tech industry development in Shaanxi Province , analysis the coordination between scientific and technological talents innovation capacity and economic development by using the coordinated development degree model . Build the evaluation index system accordance with the research past , and empowerment all indicators through the comprehensive index method .Finally calculate the value of the coordinated development degree by the coordinated development degree model to explore the development trend of coordination of Shaanxi Province .The research indicates that the coordinated development of Shaanxi Province shows upward trend with fluctuation .Although the coordinated development of Shaanxi province improving along with the grow th of science and technology personnel innovation capability and the continuous economic development ,it is still in a moderate level of coordination .T here is still much room for development .
