“中国梦”背景下美丽乡村建设中农业家庭的需求期望——来自江西130个自然村的问卷调研

The Expectancy Research of Beautiful Countryside Construction with Agricultural Household under " China Dream" :Based on Questionnaires from 130 Villages in Jiangxi Province

美丽乡村建设将从根本上改变中国农业、农村和农民的传统生产、生活方式、价值追求,是"中国梦"的重要组成部分。通过对江西省130个自然村的问卷调研,运用潜类别分析方法探讨农业家庭参与美丽乡村建设的意愿与需求期望等,研究结果表明,江西省应按照"生产保障、基础建设、惠民扶持"的思路,建立持续高效、运转有序、科学规范、管理严格的美丽乡村建设工程运行机制。在充分尊重农业居民家庭需求期望意愿的前提下,江西省农村财政经费资金缺口达119.76亿元。同时,对地处偏远的乡村要加大基础设施的建设,特别是加大对道路的基础设施建设。

Beautiful countryside construction under "China dream" will fundamentally change China's agriculture ,rural areas and farmers of traditional production methods ,lifestyles and values .Based on questionnaires from 130 villages in Jiangxi Province ,using latent class analysis ,to find the expectancy of agricultural household . The study shows , Jiangxi Province should follow the "production security , infrastructure ,Huimin support" to establish the sustainable and efficient , orderly functioning of the beautiful countryside construction operation mechanism .In full respect of agricultural households demand expectations wish to do so in rural areas in Jiangxi Province in funding shortfall of 11 .976 billion yuan . Meanwhile , to increase the remoteness of rural infrastructure , particularly in the construction of infrastructure for roads .
