中国多元养老服务模式研究——基于中外养老服务模式的比较分析

China's Diversified Pension Service Model——Acomparative Analysis Based on the Chinese and Foreign Pension Service Models

随着中国人口老龄化形势的加剧,高龄老人、空巢老人、失能老人的数量迅速增加,如何养老已成为社会普遍关注的问题。大力发展社区养老、居家养老以及与"医养结合""互联网+"服务相结合的多元服务模式,可以克服传统养老方式的局限性。多元养老服务模式与时代紧密结合并兼具针对性和普适性,是符合我国国情的养老发展方式,对完善整个社会养老体系、保障老年人生活权利、提高老年人生活质量具有非常重要的作用。

As China’s aging population intensifies,the number of senior citizens, empty-nesters and incapacitated elderly is rapidly increasing. How to provide for the elderly has become a matter of general concern to the society. By comparing Chinese and foreign pension service model,this paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of the elderly services,the study found that to develop the community pension,family pension and medical combination,the combination of Internet + multiple service mode is pension development road suitable to China’s national conditions,the rich old-age service mode,protect the rights of the elderly life,improve the quality of the elderly life play a very important role.
