步幅和步频与运动员选材的关系 被引量:3

摘要 研究国内外100米优秀短跑运动员身高、步幅、步频的差异,指导短跑运动员的选材,通过文献资料法和数理统计法,对国内外100米优秀运动员的身高、步幅、步幅指数、步频和步频指数进行比较分析。结果显示:国外的100米短跑运动员在身高、步幅、成绩方面要比国内运动员优异;在步频方面,国内优秀运动员100米跑的平均步频要比国外的短跑运动员优异。
