心电向量图的ST向量及其在运动试验前后变化的初步研究

Changes of the ST-Vectors in Exercise-Vectorcardiogram

本文通过对临床可疑冠心病患者和作为对照组的正常人,同时进行心电向量图和心电图双倍二级梯运动试验,对运动前后心电向量图ST向量的变化规律以及心电图运动试验阳性者ST向量的相应变化作了初步探讨。

With the use of electronic registration procedures and the highly intensified graph of ST-vector, we found that ST-vector in normal men is not as simple as what considered previously. In fact, ST-vector is a line which has rather constant direction, magnitude and duration.There are significant differences of ST-vector shown in exercise vectorcardiogram between subjects with positive and with negative two step stress test according to Master. A reference point ST40 traced at 40 msec after the beginning of the ST line seems to be the most favorable parameter for the differentiation.
