摘要
近年来国外应用染色体显带技术,发现慢性粒细胞性白血病急变期(以下简称慢粒急变)的染色体有若干非随机性(non-random)改变。
6 cases of Ph1-positive CML in blastic phase (BP) were studied cytogenetically with G-banding technique. 5 of them displayed clonal evolution and the other one showed no further chromosomal change. These new chromosomal changes included mainly double Ph1, +8,+19 and +20. In addition, t(3;6), double 9q+. - 7, -18 and three marker chromosomes were seen. From clinical observation, it seemed that the patients having clonal evolution had a worse prognosis than that showing no clonal evolution, whereas, among the former patients, one who exhibited a hypodiploid change had a better response to chemotherapy than the others. In one case the clonal evolution occurred prior to the hematologic change. In the patient showing no clonal evolution the proportion of Ph1-positive cells fluctuated with the clinical condition. Our data showed that chromosome studies had a practical value for BP in its early diagnosis, estimating prognosis and judging effect of treatment.
