摘要
为了探讨盐摄入量与高血压的关系,我们于1981年3~5月,按实验流行病学的方法,在严格控制高血压病例的盐摄入量的条件下,前瞻性地观察其平均血压的变化。
According to the method of epidemiological design, an experimental study was done among 35 hypertensives who were representative samples of all the patients of hyper-tention screened in a defined population. They were strictly controlled merely in their salt intake (not more than 5 gm/day) without changing the other living and working conditions, and then, their blood pressures were taken at the beginning of the trial and once a week thereafter. The results showed that the average systolic blood pressure (SBP) dropped down significantly two weeks and the average diastolic blood pressure (DBP) only one week after the experiment started. There were 60% of the tested persons whose SBP and DBP dropped for 10 or more than 10 mmHg, but 25-37% of them remained unchanged in BP. It suggested that there existed specific and close association between salt intake and the level of blood pressure of the majority of the hypertensives.
