摘要
1977年美国化学文摘曾报道棉酚与β-氨基乙磺酸钠缩合而成的一个化合物——Metaphin具有较好的的免疫抑制作用。我们于1978年3月合成了这个化合物的粗品,经药理试验证实。
This paper reports a modified method of preparing a new immunosuppressive agent-Metaphin which is a condensation product of sodium salt of B-Aminethylsulfenic acid (Taurine)with gcssypol. The condensation reaction was carried out in80%aqeous acetone solution at pH 7.2-7.5 and the desired product was well recrystallized in 85% methanol solution.The structure of Metaphin was convinced by means cf Element analysis, UV, IR and NMR spectra.
