100例正常人扇形切面超声心动图左心功能测定

摘要 应用扇形切面超声心动图(简称扇切超)测定左心功能,已为当前非侵入性检查较有前途的方法之一。本文应用设有数字扫描转换器(DSC) By using a phased array scanner CV-3400R (Diasonic), LV function was evaluated by Two-Dimensional Echocardiography on 100 normal subjects,Apical two-chamber views (apical long axis views) were recorded on a 1/2 inch VHS videotape. Images of diastoles and systoles were traced along the innermost endocardiac echoes on stop frame at the same cardiac cycle. The ellipsoid single-pl-ane methods was used for volume determination V=(8A^2/3πL). It is an area length formula that most closely approximates a ventricuiographic RAO view for the calculation of volume and EF. LV function measurments of 100 normal subjects were shown in the tables of this report.The modified Simpson method is supposed to be most accurate. However, it can only be used in 50% of patients. The results of ellipsoid single-plane method used in our study were similar to the normal values obtained by the angiographic method. Iorder to get an accurate result, the following points should be emphasized:1. Images should be of excellent quality.2. Images used for calculation should have exactly the same appearance.3. Diastolic and systolic images should be of the same cardiac cycle.
