摘要
随着我国互联网经济的飞速发展,我国新业态从业人员规模日益庞大,在共享经济背景下,新业态从业人员的劳工权益如何维护便成了亟待解决的问题。我国新业态从业人员群体在劳工权益保护过程中还存在着劳动关系不明确、法律和制度不健全、用工平台缺乏社会责任、从业人员个人缺乏维权意识与申诉渠道等问题,维护新业态从业人员的劳工权益仍需要国家、社会、个人的多方努力。
China’s fast-growing Internet economy fosters the increase of labor supply to new and emerging businesses.Questions are presented,however,concerning how to protect the labor rights of those employees in such new businesses in the shared economy.Unsettled issues may also include illdefined labor relations,imperfect laws and the system,lack of social responsibility in employment platforms,employee’s lack of rights awareness and ill-functioning complaints channels for employees.Labor rights of employees in new and emerging businesses would not be well respected or effectively protected without the joint efforts taken by the government,society and individuals.
