血必净注射液对复苏后的多器官功能障碍患者脏器保护作用的研究

Protective effects of Xuebijing injection against organ injury in patients with MODS after cardiac pulmonary resuscitation

[目的]评价血必净注射液治疗复苏后多器官功能障碍的临床效果。[方法]采用随机分组方法,将98例确诊复苏后多器官功能障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组。观察治疗前后主要临床症状、体征变化、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)以及多器官功能变化。[结果]与对照组比较,血必净治疗后,血清TNF-α、IL-6和相关指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。血必净治疗后第3天和第7天肝脏功能、心肌酶、凝血指数、动脉血气分析等也改善更明显(P<0.05)。[结论]血必净注射液治疗复苏后多器官功能障碍综合征可缩短病程,改善症状,防止多器官功能障碍加重。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xuebingjing injection against multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) after cardio-pulmonary resuscitation(CPR). [Methods] Using randomly, group-divided method, 98 patients with diagnosed MODS after CPR were assigned as treatment group and control group. The changes of main symptoms, body signs, serum TNF-α, IL-6 and the multiple organ function were observed before and after treatment. The control group was treated with normal Western medicine alone while the treatment group was with Xuebijing injection and Western medicine. [Results] Compared with the control group, the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 of patients in treatment group were more obviously improved(P<0.05). The function of live,myocardial enzymes,coagulation indexes and arterial blood gas analysis and so on were also obviously improved after treatment for 3 day and 7 day(P<0.05). [Conclusion]Xuebijing injection can improve symptoms, decurtate course and prevent aggravate of CPR-MODS.
