针灸、康复训练等疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征各有优势,且针灸与康复疗法之间有很好的互补性,研究表明针灸与康复训练有机结合的综合疗法优于其单一治疗方法,已逐渐成为中风后肩手综合征的治疗方向和临床研究热点之一,因此,将针灸、康复训练等中西医疗法的优势有机综合应用是神经康复学的探索方向,也是现代多专业一体化治疗理念的有益探索,符合当前国家中医药管理局中医综合治疗模式的政策精神。
