软坚清脉颗粒治疗肢体动脉硬化性闭塞症临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]观察软坚清脉颗粒治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)的临床疗效。[方法]将本院160例ASO患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服软坚清脉颗粒治疗,对照组口服通脉颗粒治疗,观察两组患者治疗后疗效。[结果]治疗组治疗后有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为82.50%。[结论]软坚清脉颗粒具有降脂、改善血管的舒缩功能、保护内皮细胞、建立侧枝循环、改善肢体血运的作用。 [Objective] To study the clinical effects of Ruanjian Qingmai grain on arteriosclerosis obliterans. [Methods] One hundred and sixty cases of hospitalized patients of arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups, the control group oral Tongmai grain, the experimental group was treated with Ruanjian Qingmai grain. The curative effect of two groups were compared after the treatment. [Results] The efficiency was significantly higher than the experimental group after treatment, and the total effective rate was92.50% in the experimental group, and 82.50% in the control group. [Conclusion] Ruanjian Qingmai grain has the effect of lowering and improve vascular systolic and diastolic function, protect endothelial cells, the establishment of collateral circulation, improve blood circulation of the limbs.
