《醉花窗医案》应用平胃散及其类方的经验

Medical experience of applying Pingweisan and its classified prescriptions in Zui Hua Chuang Medical Records

对清代名医王堉《醉花窗医案》记录的18则应用平胃散及其类方的医案进行了分析。平胃散的应用指征为痰湿、食积所致的中焦积滞之证。凡有胃部症状因于湿滞、食积所致者,不论何种临床表现,均可在辨证的基础上应用平胃散消食化积,理气和胃。

To analysis the medical records in Zui Hua Chuang Medical Records wrote by WANG Yu, a famous doctor in Qing dynasty.The book includes 18 records applied Pingweisan prescription and its class for treatment. The application of Pingweisan indications was phlegm, indigestion caused by the stagnation of the middle-Jiao syndrome. In clinic regardless of the disease who have symptoms of stomach and due to the hysteresis, indigestion can on the basis of syndrome differentiation combined Pingweisan to promote digestion and regulating Qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach.
