Research on Safety Monitoring of Forecasting Yellow River's Flood Control Project

根据“数字黄河”总体规划要求,建立黄河防洪工程安全监测系统,确定需要的监测信息,分县级、省市级、黄委会三级管理功能,及时、准确了解防洪工程实时运行状态,预报工程出险及安全指标,对工程运行状态进行实时在线分析,为防汛抢险和水资源统一调度提供决策支持。

According to overall plan requirements of 'Digital Yellow River', the safety monitoring system of Yellow River's flood control project should be built, and monitoring information that is required should be defined. The project is assigned to counties、municipalities and provinces, and Yellow River committee three levels management function. They should know practical operating state of the project, forecast its risks and safety targets, and analyze the operating state promptly and accurately. They also supply policy decision for flood fighting and water resources unified dispatch.
