摘要
主汽温被控对象是一个典型的变时滞、变参数对象,该文提出了对象时滞与蒸汽流量之间的关系,并以火电厂主汽温被控对象为参考模型设计自适应控制律,使控制器内部模型的参数逐步逼近被控对象的参数直至相等,同时根据内部模型参数的变化随时整定控制器的参数。控制器采用内模控制结构,并在集散控制系统上实施。应用结果表明,在参数不匹配和出现负荷扰动的情况下,控制系统均有满意的控制能力。
When the temperature of main steam is taken as the object of control, it will be a typical control object of dead-time varying and parameter-varying process. The paper puts forward a relationship between dead-time and steam flow with a consideration of taking the main steam temperature controlled process as the reference model to get the rule of adaptive control in order to make the parameters of nominal model approach the parameters of the controlled object and gradually equal it. Meanwhile, the controller parameters can be adjusted time to time according to the internal model parameters. The controller is made with an internal model structure. The design is carried out on a distributed control system. The application results show that the system has a sufficient capability for control under a load disturbance due to the deviations of model parameters.
