摘要 简述了海底富钴结壳的分布特征,把富钴结壳微地形简化为一系列圆锥表面,从数学的角度及采矿车采矿头的角度对富钴结壳的微地形进行了分析。认为以采矿头开采富钴结壳,其实就是再现富钴结壳层的下表面或基岩表面,因此可将其看作是数学上的曲面拟合问题。其次,从采矿头的角度提出了"伪突起"的概念,且找出了"伪突起"的大小与结壳厚度及要求的矿石贫化率之间的关系。本文的微地形建模及其分析对海底采矿车行走机构、采矿头的设计及富钴结壳厚度的检测等有一定的参考价值。 In this paper, the distribution features of the cobalt-rich crust on seabed are described briefly. Simplified as a series of taper surface, the microrelief of the cobalt-rich crust is analyzed from the view of mathematics and the cutting-head of seabed service vehicle. It is considered that the mining of the cobalt-rich crust, in fact, is the recurrence of the under surface of the cobalt-rich crust or the upper surface of the bedrock, so it could be seen as the mathematically curved surface fitting. Secondly, the concept of 'false protuberance' is put forward from the view of the cutting-head, and the relations of the size of 'false protuberance', the thickness of cobalt-rich crust and the required rate of ore dilution are found out. The microrelief modeling and its analysis in this paper are of some reference value to the designs of walking mechanism and cutting-head of seabed service vehicle, and the thickness measurement of the cobalt-rich crust.
