摘要
对正交联动变位包络原理,作了进一步的研究,系统推导了包络创成运动的控制模型和其定量描述。通过双向正交联动变位,避免了基于常规滚刀创成任意中凸齿顶修缘的切齿干涉问题。突破了不同齿形齿轮必须依靠相应不同刃形的工具成形的这种传统包络加工方法的约束,无须再制造各种专用加工工具。从而大大降低了生产成本和生产周期,具有重要理论和现实意义。但利用常规标准渐开线齿轮滚刀正交联动变位包络创成修缘齿廓,必须依靠现代发展的CNC技术。
A new principle here named orthogonal link-movement technology is proposed. Based on the technology, an arbitrary gear tooth profile can be generated on a CNC(Computer numerical controlling) bobbing machine tool by means of a standard involute gear hob. Computer simulation is done for gear tooth tip relief, and the results show that the new principle is right and practicable. So the restriction of traditional method in which different gear tooth profiles must require adaptive and different cutting tools is broken by the new method. This is of momentous economic and current significance for economizing expenditure.
