摘要
为减缓油管、抽油杆之间的磨损,采用了抽油杆扶正器技术。通过对几种扶正器优缺点的分析,认为热固式尼龙扶正器耐磨、不易脱落、且价格低;同时,推导出了直井和斜井中扶正器间距的确定公式,经作业调查,肯定了两种扶正器间距的计算方法,解决了偏磨问题。
The technology of sucker rod centralizer was adopted in order to reduce the abrasion between tubing and pumping rod. By analyzing the advantages and defects of several types of centralizers, it has been considered that thermosetting nylon centralizer is wear- resisting,not apt to fall off and in low price.The formulas to calculate the centralizar interval in both straight and deflecting well were deduced also at the same time. Operation investigation confirmed two kinds of methods to calculate centralizar interval and showed that the problem of off - center wear has been settled.
