摘要
:为了保证机组运行的经济性和安全性,依据轴对称弹性理论,同时考虑材料的物理性能随温度变化,运用ANSYS6.1大型结构有限元分析软件,对300MW机组的高中压转子在实际运行工况下进行瞬态温度场分析,为转子在不同工况下的应力分析提供理论基础。
In order to ensure the economy and safety of the unit, on the base of the axially symmetric elasticity theory and the materials physics properties changing with the temperature, this paper calculated the 300MW unit's HP-IP rotor's transient temperature according to the operation data in various working conditions,using the ANSYS 6.1 large structure finite element analysis software. This will provide theoretical basis for calculation of the stress in different conditions.
