摘要 叶片加工质量不均匀导致叶片安装后转子的不平衡量增加 ,动平衡工作量加大 ;旧机组现场更换叶片后 ,叶片更换前后在不同平衡面产生的不平衡力矩的变化将导致轴系不平衡增加 ,振动加大。为了减少叶片安装产生的不平衡量 ,在简要介绍遗传算法基本原理的基础上将其应用于叶轮机械叶片的优化排序安装 ,解决了以前采用穷举法对于大量叶片优化排序所碰到的求解时间长 ,得不到优化结果的问题。可以用于叶轮机械叶片的优化安装排序。 Both the imbalance magnitude and the dynamic balance burden of the rotor will increase with the nonuniformity of the blades manufacturing mass. The variety of the imbalance torque in different balance disk will lead to the increase of imbalance and vibration level of the shafting while blades are replaced on the operated turbines. In this paper, the Genetic Algorithm is briefly introduced and is applied to the optimizing blades installation arrangement order so as to decrease the imbalance magnitude due to the blades nonuniformity. The problem was solved that long computing time is spent and/or the optimal blades arrangement order is unobtainable with commonly whole list approach. It can been used for optimizing blades installation arrangement order. [WT5”HZ]
