摘要 通过发电机转子动力学建模,深入研究了发电机转子动力特性,指出密封瓦所处轴向位置对应着发电机二阶振型最敏感点以及发电机二阶临界转速对支撑刚度的变化很敏感。这两点因素导致发电机转子振动对密封瓦处由于摩擦等因素所造成的微小干扰力敏感,从而造成了振动的不稳定。据此制定了故障治理方案并在机组大修中实施,取得了良好效果。 There exists a long time unstable vibration problem of No.3 unit in Huozhou Power Plant. The vibration of No.3~No.6 bearings are sensitive to generator electric current and vacuum. The unit can't run safely and reliably. Generator dynamic model is set up and generator dynamics is analyzed in detail in the paper. It is pointed in the paper that the location of the sealing bearing is sensitive to the 2nd vibration mode and generator 2nd critical speed is also sensitive to the support stiffness. They are the two main reasons for the unstable vibration. Fault diagnosis project was set up and realized during the overhaul of the unit. The vibration problem was solved.
