摘要
对某船液压系统所监测的油液污染度数据进行了主成分分析 ,分析结果表明 :大尺寸颗粒的数量和小尺寸颗粒的数量是反映油液污染状况的主要因子 .从油液污染实际状况方面 ,分析了以ISO4 40 6标准选择具有特征性的大尺寸颗粒和小尺寸颗粒的数量作为污染度等级划分的方法是合理的 .
The process to oil contamination monitoring data for the hydraulic system is made by principal component analysis, it shows that the quantity of large particle and the quantity of small particle in hydraulic system are the main factors for oil contamination. It is appropriate that the cleanliness codes for hydraulic system are recommended by ISO4406. The cleanliness codes are made out by means of the quantity of large particle and the quantity of small particle.
