摘要
为了改善螺旋桨的空泡性能 ,提供了一种基于面元法的螺旋桨设计方法 .该方法通过给定压力分布进行设计 .压力分布可以由设计人员指定 ,也可以由升力面设计方法获得 ,或者通过修改母型螺旋桨的压力分布而得到 .桨叶形状的表达用 B样条方法实现 ,这样可以通过较少的控制角点来表达桨叶形状 .将面元法计算得到的压力分布与给定的压力分布之差的平方和作为优化目标函数 。
In order to improve propeller cavitation performance, this paper presented a technique of propeller design based on the surface panel method by prescribed three dimensional pressure distribution that can be decided by propeller designer. It may also be obtained from the result of propeller lifting surface design or modifying pressure distribution of existing propeller. The blade surface geometry is generated by B spline method that enables it to be completely specified using only a small number of parameters. The square summation of the differences between pressure distribution calculated by the surface panel method and prescribed at the control points on the blade surface is regarded as an objective function. Its parameters can be obtained by minimizing objective function.
