摘要
在湿型砂气冲紧实与慢压压实的过程中,用自行设计的砂型回弹测试仪,检测了砂型内应力与时间的动态关系曲线及高紧实度砂型的回弹,运用型砂微变形研究的理论基础和流变学理论,对测试结果进行分析,揭示了高紧实度型砂回弹的机理及影响回弹的主要因素,为型砂紧实工艺的选择与评价提供了依据。
During the processes of air implusing and slow squeezing of green sand,respectively,the dynamic characteristic internal force-time curves were recorded and the springback tester designed by ourselves. Based on the theory of green sand micro-deformation and the theory of rheorlogy,the test results were analyzed,and the mechanism of springback was proposed, and the main parameters influencing springback of high compacted sand moulds were discussed,which could be employed as a basis for selecting and evaluating the compaction processes of mould sand.
