Foundry Technical Method of Aluminium Alloy Cylinder Head for Automobile

综述了汽车铝合金气缸盖几种主要铸造工艺方法的特点和应用概况,指出近期内金属型重力铸造仍是铝缸盖生产的主要方法,随着汽车工业对高质量铝缸盖的需求日益增加,传统的铸造工艺正得到不断改进,气化模铸造和砂型低压铸造等一些新的铸造工艺方法也在汽车铝缸盖生产中逐步得到应用。

This paper summarizes the characteristic and applied survey of several kinds of major foundry technical method of aluminium alloy cylinder head for automobile, it points out that gravity diecasting is still the major productive method of aluminium alloy cylinder head in recent years.With the increasing requirement for high quality a-luminium alloy cylinder head in automobile industries,traditional foundry techniques are being improved and some new foundry techniques such as EPC and Cosworth are being applied gradually in production of aluminium alloy cylinder head.
