设计了一种简单实用的过流检测与保护电路,该电路具有结构简单、成本不高、保护可靠且容易实现等特点,同时具有正向过流及反向过流两种情况的检测功能。实验证明该电路可以广泛地应用于功率开关器件如MOSFET的保护电路中,响应速度快,系统调试方便,有实用价值。

In this paper ,a simple and practical circuit for detecting over-current and pro-tectio n is designed.The circuit is featured by simple circuit topology ,lower cost and reli-able protection.At the same time ,it is provided with the function on forward and reverse over-current dete cting.The experiments show that the designed circuit can be applied in power se miconductor ,such as MOSFET.It has rapid dynamic response and useful value.
