液相法合成Ba_3(VO_4)_2晶体原料 被引量:3

Raw material synthesis of Ba_3(VO_4)_2 by way of liquid phase reaction

摘要 通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱和热重谱的测定比较,提出了采用液相法合成Ba3(VO4)2晶体原料的适宜实验条件.将反应溶液的pH值控制在12左右,并将所得的沉淀在800℃下烧结8h,能获得高纯度高产率的Ba3(VO4)2晶体原料. The optimal condition of Ba3(VO4)2 synthesis by way of liquid phase reaction is presented. The optimal condition is to control the pH at about 12 and the calcining temperature at about 800?℃ by determination and comparison of infrared spectra and X-ray powder diffraction. With this condition, we can get pure and fruitful raw material of Ba3(VO4)2 crystal.
