摘要
通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱和热重谱的测定比较,提出了采用液相法合成Ba3(VO4)2晶体原料的适宜实验条件.将反应溶液的pH值控制在12左右,并将所得的沉淀在800℃下烧结8h,能获得高纯度高产率的Ba3(VO4)2晶体原料.
The optimal condition of Ba3(VO4)2 synthesis by way of liquid phase reaction is presented. The optimal condition is to control the pH at about 12 and the calcining temperature at about 800?℃ by determination and comparison of infrared spectra and X-ray powder diffraction. With this condition, we can get pure and fruitful raw material of Ba3(VO4)2 crystal.
