摘要
针对东海平湖油田的特点,确定了该油田A3水平井合理的完井方法是:割缝衬管先期完井和金属纤维防砂筛管后期防砂。针对割缝衬管完井方法,进行了完井参数、单根割缝衬管长度、完井管柱结构的优化设计。利用所研制的水平井软件HWCS对割缝衬管完井的产能进行了预测。A3水平井割缝衬管完井后,未见出砂,投产后产油量约1200m^3/d,与预测结果吻合,完井产能预测准确率为100%。
According to the properties of Pinghu oilfield in East China Sea, the well completion method of A3 horizontal well is determined as initial well completion by slotted liner and later sand control by metal fibre screen pipe. For the well completion method by slotted liner, well completion parameters, single slotted liner length and pipe string structure in well completion are optimized. The software of HWCS developed by ourselves, has been used to predict the productivity of slotted liner well completion. After A3 well completion, oil production is about 1200m3/d without sand production, which tallies with the prediction results. It shows that the prediction is 100% correct.
