摘要
2003年4月25日，总统批准了一项新的国家政策，该政策的实施能够对商业空间遥感能力进行指导和落实。该政策用于取代于1994年3月9日发布的关于美国对外国获取空间遥感能力政策的第23号总统令。以下是对该政策的概要说明。
