摘要
高新产品的研发是科技型小企业可持续发展的根源 ,但对高技术项目的投资却具有极高的风险。本文针对科技型小企业新产品研发项目的特征 ,建立了包含概率和项目目标三因素的风险评价指标体系 ;依据确立的指标体系 ,给出了使用集对分析综合评价的数学模型。最后 。
For technology-based small businesses (TSB), the source of sustainable progress lies in the R&D of new technology products, but the investment of high-tech projects is characterized by very huge venture. Aiming at the nature of new product R&D projects (NPRDP) in TSB, a systematical guideline system to risk factors is established in this paper, it contains probability and three project's objective; and then the mathematical model of a comprehensive assessment, which is the Set Pair Analysis (SPA), is presented according to the built guideline. Finally, an example is adopted to clarify the application of SPA for NPRDP in TSB.
