摘要
本文分析了当前多数KM项目失败的主要原因 ,阐释了KM“生态环境”的概念与意义 ,探讨了企业营建KM“生态环境”
In this paper,the primary reason for most knowledge management(KM)projects'failure is analyzed.Then,Zoology Environment for KM is defined and its significance for KM is put forward.As the main body of the paper,some strategies for building KM zoology environment are conceived and discussed.
