摘要
人力资本投资与物质资本投资和金融资本投资一样 ,都具有一定的风险。如何对人力资本投资风险进行规避是企业面临的现实问题 ,本文对人力资源投资风险进行了分类 。
The investment of human capital has some risks just as the investment of substance capital and finance capital.It is important for lots of enterprises to avoid some risks of the human capital investment.This paper classify the risks,at the same time it brings forward some advices of reducing and avoiding the risks which are led by human factors.
