摘要
现场总线是一种全分布式开放通信控制系统.介绍了几种总线不同的介质访问控制方式,指出PROFIBUS是一种能满足工业实时性要求的令牌总线控制方式.论述了WMBPS(weightingmeasurementband-ingpinstampstencil)改造中采用PROFIBUS总线方式的网络结构和系统控制方式,该方式提高了信号传输的稳定性,缩短了改造工期,减少了改造工作量,在实际改造中取得显著成效.
Fieldbus is a distributed, open\|communication control system. Compared control modes of MAC with other fieldbus system, pointed that PROFIBUS is a real\|time token bus control system. Described network structure and system control mode of WMBPS (weighting measurement banding pinstamp stencil) rebuilding using PROFIBUS(process field bus). This mode improved the signal transfer stability, shortened the time limit for a project, reduced the rebuild workload and made a prominent effect.
