摘要
目的 :为了提高糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识水平 ,从而增加患者对治疗的依从性。方法 :对住院患者进行糖尿病教育 ,用同一份试卷分别于教育前后做出评估 ,并比较患者教育前和出院3个月以后的糖化血红蛋白。结果 :(1)患者参加教育后的知识水平较教育前明显提高 ,差异有显著性 (P<0.01)。(2)出院后3个月的糖化血红蛋白明显降低 ,差异有显著性 (P<0.01)。(3)文化水平较高的患者、有家族史的患者教育后的分数较高。结论 :糖尿病教育对于预防和治疗糖尿病有非常重要的意义 。
Objective:To improve diabetic knowledge level and enhance the compliance with medication of diabetics.Methods:An inpatient education programwas was designed in which questionnaires were administered at baseline and after education,as well as with the measureˉment and comparison of Hba1c level at baseline and3months post-intervention.Results:There was statistically significant improvement in diabetic knowledge and Hba1c level after education.Meanwhile both patients with family history and the well-educated made higher scores through education.Conclusion:Diabetic education may play an important role in diabetic preˉvention and treatment.The family history-positive and well-educated patients will have more activity to receive expert and instructive education.
