Development of a system for sampling the spectacles frame on automatic lens edger

目的 :研制CCD采集眼镜框边缘尺寸系统。方法:用CCD摄像头获取眼镜框图像 ,根据光学中的物象公式 ,用自编软件将边缘尺寸处理成数字信号。结果:达到了设计要求 ,可画出镜框或镜片轮廓的尺寸。结论:该系统为全自动磨边机研究奠定了基础 。

Objective:To develop a system for sampling the spectacles frame on automatic lens edger.Methods:Using CCD camera to sample the image of the frame.Based on optical formua,the frame size is dealed with digital signals by editing software.Results:This system could meet the precision need of the design.Conclusion:The system made foundation for developing an automatic lens edger,otherwise it used to be improved.
