基于资源的供应链管理决策模式研究

摘要 1 引言 在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下,供应链管理(Supply Chain Management,SCM)已经发展成为一种先进的管理模式[1],并成为提升企业核心竞争力的重要途径.SCM提供了集成和管理企业之间功能和资源的机遇,是一种新的面向整个业务流程的经营管理业务模式和供应链成员之间的联系方式[2].
