离子对色谱法测定含乳饮料中糖精钠、苯甲酸和山梨酸的含量 被引量:8

摘要 采用离子对色谱法 ,在ZorbaxEclipseXDB C8柱上 ,以甲醇∶水 ( 3 8∶62 )内含 0 0 2M的HAc NaAc和 0 0 0 5M的四丁基溴化铵作流动相 ,紫外 2 3 0nm检测 ,快速测定含乳饮料中的糖精钠、苯甲酸和山梨酸的三种食品添加剂含量。在试验浓度范围 5~2 0 0mg/L内均呈良好线性 ,三种添加剂的检测限分别为 5ng、 4ng、 4ng。样品的加标回收率为 98 0 %~ 10 7%,方法的相对标准偏差小于 2 2 %。 A simple and rapid method of simultaneously determining three food additives (saccharine sodium, benzoic acid and sorbic acid) in dairy drinks by MPLC is described. The separation and determination of these three compounds were based on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C8 column with UV detection at 230 nm and methanol : water (38 : 62) with 0.02M HAc-NaAc and 0.005M C 16 H 36 BrN as mobile phase. The relationship of the linearity method was proven to be satisfactory and the detection limits for these three additives were 5ng, 4ng and 4ng, respectively. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 98.0% to 107% and the relative standard deviations of the determination below 2.2% (n=6).
