摘要 针对啤酒、饮料等行业在CIP装置和清洗工艺上认识不足 ,作者收集了有关资料 ,并结合清洗技术方面的实践经验 ,撰文对CIP装置有关的内容给予了叙述并举例计算。尤其说明了流动洗涤剂清洗管道和缸所需要的流速、流量。还强调了罐内自清洗的意义。提出CIP要按照制定的清洗工艺来进行。 Aiming at the inadequate knowledge of the CIP unit and cleaning process in the brewery and beverage industries, the author collected some materials concerned and wrote this paper by referring to his own experience with the cleaning technology, with a view of giving a more comprehensive description of the CIP unit and illustrating the calculation with examples. The emphasis was put on flow speed and flow rate required by the re-circulation of a detergent to clean the pipes and filler bowl. The importance of self-cleaning inside the tank was also stressed. In addition, the author suggested that CIP cleaning be done as per the preset process. The application of the CIP unit in other fields was also described in the paper.
