烟草叶片再生体系的建立及低能铁离子注入烟草叶片的同工酶分析 被引量:2

摘要 以烟草幼嫩叶片为外植体,建立了其有效再生体系。利用10%甘油作保护剂对叶片进行预处理,提高了注入后叶片的存活率。对低能铁离子注入叶片后,无菌培养过程中表面形态和过氧化物同工酶谱变化的分析表明,二者具有相关性。酶谱的变化反映了注入造成的损伤在修复过程中细胞的生理生化变化,为进一步揭示低能离子注入的作用机理提供了基础。 The effective regeneration system has been established by using the tobacco tender leaves as explant. Pretreating with 10% glycerin can increase the survival rate of implanted leaves. There are relativity between the change of external form and dioxygenisozyme zymogram during the sterile culture after low energy iron ionbeam has implanted leaves. The zymogram reflect chemophysiology change of cell restored from the implanted damage. This paper is base for further study on mechanism of low energy ionbeam implantation.
